About Piney Woods Pest Guard

A licensed pest operation built around one idea: publish the price, know the woods.

Piney Woods Pest Guard is a new company as of 2026, and we're not going to dress that up as something it isn't. What we bring instead of a long company history is a plan built specifically for East Texas conditions: the rainfall, the sandy-loam soil, the tree canopy, and the SFA lease cycle that shapes rental demand across this part of Nacogdoches County. Our applicators are certified through the Texas Department of Agriculture's Structural Pest Control Service, which requires classroom training, on-the-job hours, and a passing state exam before anyone treats a customer's home or business. We don't publish a license number here because we're not going to print one we can't back up, but every technician on a route is certified before they're on it.

How We Work

Three things we hold to on every job

Published pricing, no estimate call needed

Every plan and treatment price on this site is what we quote on the phone. You'll know the number before you ever schedule a visit.

A guarantee tied to the work

If covered pests return before your next scheduled visit, we come back and treat again at no charge. That's the standard we're asking you to judge us on.

Treatment timed to the season

Termite monitoring gets extra attention ahead of April swarms. Mosquito treatment runs March through October. Rodent checks tighten up as nights cool in the fall. See the full pest calendar.

We tell you what we don't do

We don't do wildlife trapping, structural wood repair, or insulation replacement. If your problem needs one of those, we'll say so instead of taking the job anyway.

Where We Work

Nacogdoches, the SFA area, and the Lufkin corridor

We run scheduled routes through downtown Nacogdoches, the SFA campus area along University Drive and North Street, neighborhoods near Lanana Creek, and out US 59 toward the Lufkin corridor, about 20 miles south. If your address falls along that stretch, we can typically get someone on-site within 2 business days. We won't quote a job outside a normal route schedule and pretend we can service it reliably.

Common Questions

About us questions

Why don't you list years in business?

Because we'd be inventing a number. Piney Woods Pest Guard is new. What we can back up is a published price list, a written guarantee, and applicators certified through the Texas Department of Agriculture.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry general liability coverage as required to operate a licensed pest control business in Texas.

Do you subcontract any work?

No. Every technician on a route works directly for Piney Woods Pest Guard.
